Six Months already

Started taking lunch to school on April 1st. This was Kar's first packed lunch!
Great Nannie visited until April 5th. We all had a great time.
A little blurry, but Karmann loves her little brother!
What a cutie! Max can roll over and back again, and loves to push up and grab toys - and smile too!!
On April 23rd, Kar broke her nose at school on the playground...this photo is the day after it happened.
 Day 3
 Day 4
Day 5 at the Dr's office. Confirmed it was broken, but looks straight! 3 weeks to heal.
Kar never complained once about pain! She kept a smile on her beautiful face! Looking better!
After such a crazy week, we all needed a day at the beach!
Max eating his right big toe for breakfast.
 Celebrating Max's 6 month birthday
 Hugs from big sister!
Time to try solid food at 6 months!!
Early April with GG in Orlando!!!
Out on the deck with Grandpa Hare and GG
Great Nannie came to visit too!
Can't forget about Josie's Easter B-day party! Kar, Sophie, Ginny, and Sofia

This week has been a crazy week also, but I HAD to get photos on here for the update. Max had his 6 month check up on Thursday, and here's his stats: weighs 19.5 lbs, is 27.5 inches tall, and is in great health. We had some issues with his right eye tear duct being clogged, so we got that taken care of, and also an issue with his circumcision, which also got that taken care of - poor baby! Plus his shots too. The poor little man was in pain all over - not to mention his teeth coming in too! He's been good over all, but really fussy these last few days! Karmann's nose is almost back to normal. The bruising is almost gone completely. She's doing much better in the potty department - at least to were we aren't obsessing about it any more. She is a smart little girl!! She impresses me almost every time words come out of her mouth! She still thinks Max is a girl, but we are working on that too.She also picks up on things that you don't even realize. For example, last night, after we started Max on rice cereal, and was taking pictures of him eating for the first time, I was putting her to bed and she asked me, "Mommy, do you remember me as a baby?" and I said of course! You were an adorable baby! and she said, "did you take pictures of me as a baby?" and I said of course! Would you like to see pictures of you as a baby tomorrow? And she replied "Oh Boy! Yes!" So we showed her the blog and the photos of her as a baby. She was satisfied.
This week was also the first week that Kris was done teaching. It is so nice to have him home to help with everything. I know the summer is going to fly by, but I will not take it for granted! Its been a good day today, but I am exhausted, so I am going to close. I hope the next blog will be sooner than later!
