Daycare Mom's take kids Glamping!

Having kids in daycare from infant to pre-K creates a family like bond with the kids and parents in the class. Our girls have grown up together since before they were 1 year old. So a few of us moms, a.k.a the daycare moms to other friends, have grown to be close friends as well. We are so close, and love to hang out together so much that we thought it would be fun to take the kids camping! Just us and the kids! So thanks to family members who are rock-star campers, we did it!! And we survived!!
And we are already planning to do it again!
So, yes, you could say we camped at Fort Wilderness, which isn't your typical camping experience, but it sure was fun! And of course, I took notes on what are must haves for our next trip. Here's the list (beside the typical tent, pillow, sleeping bag, etc.):
sharpie pens, fans, alcohol (yes, beer, cider and wine), face wipes, bug stuff, bikes, chairs, big coolers, Christmas lights, power strips and extension cords, bungee cords, tarps, towels, flashlights, tail gate tent or beach umbrella, smore's kit, lanterns, liquid funnel, coffee cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, tray for coffee maker, vacuum, and dip spices. Those are the must haves!!
Anyway, we had great weather, great company, and great kids to share the fun time together! Can't wait to do it again soon!
