Well, a quick update, we have a Certificate of Occupancy! And, thanks to a lot of great friends, we met our deadline for the appraisal yesterday. We couldn't have done it all with out you! We finished the painting, downstairs ceiling, exterior painting, and overall CLEANING!! Everything looks great and we are ready to start moving in. In the mean time, we are trying to catch up on sleep. More photos later, but again, a big thank you to everyone!
