Today marks 1 year since we broke ground (literally) on the lot and we were off and running! I can say both Kris and me are totally exhausted! And the closer we get to moving in, the farther away it seams. We are still planning on getting a certificate of occupancy this month, but have determined that we probably won't be moving in till late March early April. We are both okay with that. So many details are still to be figured out, and a few hick-ups continue to occur (don't worry we aren't holding our breath to try and get rid of them!) but overall, today is a great milestone!
